Daniel Henderson
Owner / Director
With over 20 years in the mining and fabrication industry, Daniel understands the gaps in the field. He started Henderson Welding Services, a labor hire company providing qualified tradesmen in the engineering, boilermaker trade to commercial, civil, industrial, rail, and mining sites across the country. When the opportunity arose to establish a local metal fabrication workshop, Urban Steel was born. The two entities merged to create a one-stop fabrication service.
Daniel Lynn
Project Manager
Daniel brings over 10 years’ combined experience in Project and Design Management across high-rise, heritage, defence, parks and retail projects. With a drafting background, he offers strong technical expertise in compliance, innovation and project delivery from design through to handover. Daniel is focused on efficient processes, quality outcomes and practical construction solutions, while effectively collaborating with fabricators, builders and project teams to successfully deliver large-scale projects.
Katie hamilton
Finance Manager
Katie has a background in working with large accounting firms to influence revenue, achieve positive outcomes, and deliver consensus among stakeholders. She combines cross-functional competencies to manage and oversee the financial operations of Urban Steel. Katie enjoys the challenge of budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial strategies to create long-term business plans.

Draftsman
Antonio has over 40 years of experience in design and drafting. Since joining Urban Steel, he has worked diligently on the $5 million upgrade of Ebor Falls in Guy Fawkes River National Park, ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations.
